Damaged or wrong product

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us immediately within 48 hours if products are damaged or if you received a wrong item. Please take if possible a photo of the box and the damaged product and e-mail us the photo or give as a call at 1-902-326-9017 and let us make it right.

Return

Unfortunately, we can not accept exchange or returns on opened food items. If we shipped a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Refund

Refunds, if approved, will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
